Hey guys I’m sorry I haven’t posted much but I’m having a rough week and I’m still trying to get through it. I actually haven’t finished any book this week which rarely happens. To do something productive I though I’d share you guys some my dreams for myself as a blogger and for this little blog of mine.
1. Have a book blogger as a best friend.
I have met a lot of nice people here on the book blogosphere and also on bookstagram (I have a bestie on bookstagram! Here she is!) but I also want to have a book blogger as best friend. I’m trying to convince my bookstagram bestie to make a blog so maybe she can be both my bookstagam and book blogger best friend!
2. Move to self-hosted WordPress.
The day I move to self-hosted WordPress is the day I win at life.
I can just imagine how easy and awesome everything will be when I make the move. I’M ALSO DESPERATE TO HAVE THE UBB PLUGIN OKAY.
But I’m just a college student who still depends on her lovely parents for money so this will have to wait.
3. Have a unique theme and beautiful blog design.
I want to have the Tweak Me v2 Theme it has so many options that everything will be easy for me. I want my blog to be designed by Hazel or Ashley. Just imagine my blog to be angel-themed guys. It will be so beautiful. Unfortunately, this requires a huge amount of money again that I do not have right now.
4. Be good at graphic design…
…so I can show you guys pretty-looking edits etc. on the blog. The ones I’m making now aren’t good at all. I use Canva almost all the time. Canva is really awesome and helpful but I would like to make my own graphics in the future.
5. Meet fellow bloggers in real life.
We can eat good food together and just talk about books for hours. Sounds awesome. (I’m really awkward and super shy by the way sooo…)
6. Have publishers/authors send me physical ARCs.
It will be just a great feeling.
7. Hold an awesome giveaway.
I’ve been wanting to do this since forever but yeah money problems again. Maybe when I get a job someday. 🙂
8. Go to Book Expo America.
Seriously, do I need to explain why? Also, it will be held in Chicago next year and Chicago is like my favorite city in the U.S. *hyperventilates*
9. Have people actually love my blog.
I’ll have this warm, fuzzy feeling inside of me if it happens.
What are your own blogger dreams? Tell me!
