I’m not a big fan of resolutions. Even when I was a kid and everyone around me was talking and planning about it, I made no big deal of it. But since joining the book blogging community, I realized that resolutions can really help me get motivated and have a clear mindset for the beginning of the year especially since 2017 was not a big reading year for me.
I’m not gonna be a hard on myself. If I achieved all these by the end of the year then that would be really cool. But if not, it’s fine also. So lo and behold, here are my 2018 bookish resolutions! Read more
Three years ago on January 3, 2015 I made a blog called The Bookish Angel. I know I haven’t been much around here and I regret it but this is a post looking back on my little milestones. Read more
Since it was my birthday month last October, I thought buying myself a book subscription box would be a cool gift. Filipino book lovers had a lot to choose from in terms of sub boxes available locally so I had a hard time choosing where to buy but I finally settled with Pouts and Fluffs Loot Box. This is my first time to buy a bookish sub box but last year, I won one from Lit Cube which you can read about here.
Let’s get on with the unboxing! Read more
Disclaimer: I won this subscription box for free from Lisa of Lost in Lit and from Lit Cube but all opinions are my own.
Hi guys! I’m so excited to share my very first unboxing on the blog. I’ve actually posted this unboxing on my Instagram but I’ll be sharing more of my thoughts about the subscription box and the items inside it here on the blog! Read more
I love books! Of course I do if I don’t, I won’t put almost all my time in this blog and in reading but it got me thinking: is being bookish all my life about is now? Read more
Other people have bookshelf tours, I have my reading journal tour because I’m fancy like that.
One thing you need to know about me is that I’m a huge mood reader. Even if a book is really popular or even a book I need to read for school, I won’t read it ’til I’m in the mood for it. In this post, I tell you why being a mood reader sucks and one reason it doesn’t!
Another random post in which I show you what happened to my book buying habits when I joined an online bookish community last year.
Hey guys I’m sorry I haven’t posted much but I’m having a rough week and I’m still trying to get through it. I actually haven’t finished any book this week which rarely happens. To do something productive I though I’d share you guys some my dreams for myself as a blogger and for this little blog of mine.
